Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY Online bookings are secured once a deposit has been paid. The deposit is non-refundable. To reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Strict Punctuality Policy: Arriving up to 5 minutes late would result in some services being skipped. Full service package will be charged. Arriving late by 10 minutes or more will result in cancellation of the appointment. Deposit will not be refunded. To reschedule the appointment another deposit will be required. Out of Hours Trim: Full price must be paid in advanced, reschedule and refund is not available.
